Clean-Up --- Day 1

Well, the transformation of my craft/sewing room is underway. I decided to tackle it tonight. I was in there for 2 hours and you won’t believe what I accomplished. Nooooo, you REALLY won’t believe what I accomplished, because it doesn’t look like I accomplished anything. LOL

I managed to clean off the top of my Cricut center (Whoooo Hoooo) but, in doing so, I kinda/sorta got a li’l bit sidetracked. I found my Making Memories Distressing kit that had the cardboard thingie just hanging off it. I’m guessing it came w/ a flimsy plastic covering on it and when one removes the plastic, you’re left w/ the back of the cardboard. Anyway, I decided to attach parts of the cardboard thingie (utilizing my GlueGlider Pro --- LOVE it!!!!) and cut apart the rest to sit inside the box. That wasted a bit of time but, hey, isn’t that what crafting is all about?? At first I was reprimanding myself for doing something so silly but then, in the end, I thought --- I can do whatever I want! LOL

I also put my Cricut cart’s on the flower holder. Sooooo, it wasn’t a total waste of 2 hours, right?? LOL


Seriously, tho, I found the whole thing soooo overwhelming. I have to figure out how I can work w/ just a small area, a li’l at a time. The problem still lies in where am I going to put everything, whilst organizing. I think the ONLY way of doing it, is to move stuff into the hall (sorry, hubby!) and then move it back in, organizing as I go. I’ll let you know how that goes.

Right now, I’m going to reward myself w/ a drinkie-poo. Noooooo not that kind --- a glass of chocolate milk. YUM!
