Cricut stand filled up....

Hiya.

A lot of people have been asking me to show pix, w/ all of my cartridges inserted. Here they are:-

Starting from the top, showing the Cricut logo, done on transparencies and Mr. Cricut, himself, perched on top.

Because the cartridge(s) behind the ones in front are not noticeable, I placed a removable sticker on the left-hand side, notating which cartridge it is. I haven't quite figured out how I'm going to organize the cart's yet. It's definitely a "work in progress". Because the stickers are "removable", it allows me to move the cart's around, if I end up doing an "alpha" theme and buying a new cart.
showing down the column, and the rotating base.....
Oh, I think there's something else at the very bottom of the stand. Ahhhhh, it's li'l Bailey. :-)

Any and all ideas you have, of how I can organize my cart's would be greatly appreciated. If you had this stand, how would you organize yours? --- alphabetically? by theme (fonts, shapes, etc?)?

I think I'm going to keep the Solution cart's (that I made covers for the VHS boxes) still on my wicker stand.

Someone wanted to know what the stand was originally used for. My hubby thinks it was to store boxes of either bras, panties, etc. Only a guy would think of something like that, eh? LOL

  4. You are so lucky to have this stand. If I had it I would store them in alphabetical order. But you have to figure out what works best for you. Laughing at what your husband said..such a guy! TFS and enjoy the rest of your weekend:)

  5. LOL Got a chuckle out of your hubbie, mine would have thought the same thing, LOL their mind is always in the gutter Hee Hee. At McCades school they have a case like that and it has books in it, that's what I think it probably was?? And I'd probably have mine Alphabetized but then change my mind the next week and do something else. LOL My solution carts are in a snapware container with the dividers, I really like it but can't bring myself to take my carts out of the boxes yet, when my room get done maybe..........What a great find!

  7. Nice stand! Good way to keep them organized. I would do buy theme so you know what other carts you have that would have something similar.

Have fun figuring out what to do!

  10. SUPER!!! I'm AN ALPHABETICAL organizer myself! instead of the "removable sticker" on each shelf, I'd get my label maker out and label the top or bottom of each cart.
it'll make it a lot easier to read.
LOL...now put all our ideas together and see what works for YOU!! HAVE FUN!!!

  11. Thanks for all of your feedback, gals! Much appreciated.

Cricaholic:- I thought, originally, of the idea of labelling the bottom of the carts but didn't like that idea cuz the labels would be read sideways. But, then, DUH --- my removable stickers are read sideways, too! BIG DUH! lol lol

Sooooo, I like Cricaholic's idea! I think I just may do that. Would save having to move all the stickers, when I reorganize them. If it saves even ONE step, that works for me! :-)

    Thanks so much!!!
